Where can I find drivers for my system?
Drivers for the Spectra systems of the  PowerBox, PowerTwin and Silent series can be found in the IPC Download Center.

Where can I find a BIOS for my system?
If you need a BIOS, please contact our After Sales (support@spectra.ch), our technical experts will check the request and send you the correct files.

How can I reinstall my Windows installation? 
Depending on the Spectra system you have purchased, you will receive a recovery USB stick or a Microsoft installation DVD. This can be used to reinstall the system or restore it to the factory settings.

No image is displayed on the monitor? 
For systems with an additionally installed graphics card, the connection to the monitor must always be made via this card. Please also check whether the monitor is set to the correct signal input (HDMI, DP, DVI, etc.).

Is it allowed to open the system?
You may open the systems in order to install hardware intended for this purpose (e.g. PCI / PCIe cards). However, the conversion may only be carried out by qualified specialist personnel. However, this intervention is always at your own risk and any damage caused by this is not covered by the warranty.

BIOS settings are lost?
Please check the CMOS battery and replace it if necessary. The voltage of the battery when installed should be at least 2.6V.

Why is my system not starting?
This can have several causes: 

  • The BIOS battery is empty (see BIOS settings are lost?)
  • Incompatible hardware subsequently installed
  • Hardware defect (e.g. power supply unit, mainboard, etc.)

Where can I find the serial number?
You can find the serial number of Spectra industrial PCs on the silver label. If there is no silver label on the device, please take the serial number from the manufacturer.
