The operators of this site take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and declaration.

Personal data is only collected if you complete and submit a contact, RMA, request or newsletter form.

 

The transferred data is stored internally and used for the respective purpose (catalogue request, newsletter, support, offers). Customers are also sent selected information by post or email.

 

At present, the transferred data is not encrypted, which is why access to this data by unauthorised third parties cannot be ruled out during data transfer.

Our staff members have access to your data while handling and processing your requests. This website uses Userlike, a live chat software of the company Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Newsletter

The newsletter is sent via "MailChimp", a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

 

The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their further data described in the context of these notes, are stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, MailChimp can use this data according to its own information to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the sending and presentation of newsletters or for economic purposes, in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or pass them on to third parties.

 

We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement Privacy Shield and thus commits itself to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process them on our behalf in accordance with their data protection regulations and in particular not to pass them on to third parties. Survey Tool

We only use the Survey Monkey survey tool as a user interface. No personal information is transferred to Survey Monkey for sending or inviting to the survey.

Analysis by wiredminds

Our website uses a counting pixel technology provided by wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de)  to analyze visitor behavior.

Here, the IP address of a visitor is processed. The processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of collecting company-relevant information such as the company name. IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from further use (whitelist procedure). The IP address is never stored in LeadLab.

When processing the data, it is our particular interest to protect the data protection rights of natural persons. Our interest is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. (f) DSGVO. The data we collect does not allow any conclusion to be drawn about an identifiable person at any time.
